Zach Bryan’s self-titled album was released August 25, 2023. This album features some popular musicians including The Lumineers, Kacey Musgraves, Sierra Ferrell, and The War and Treaty. The songs range in different moods; some of these songs are heavy and some are hopeful. This album is full of emotion and is relatable to the listeners. Zach Bryan is twenty-seven and was born in Oologah, Oklahoma. He came out with his first song, Sunday Flannel on October 30th, 2016 and has been growing in popularity since. Zach Bryan is becoming a star in the country genre of music. His audience grows in popularity more and more everyday. His new album is extremely well-written and has much to do with his recent success. He starts off his album with a poem titled Fear and Friday’s (Poem). This drawed me in because he took a different approach than most artists with starting his album. My favorite song from this album is Spotless (ft. The Lumineers). This song shows that no one is perfect and everything that’s meant to be is bound to stay. I love this message because listening to the lyrics helped me realize that I need to find someone that is perfect for me, not just perfect in general. Hey Driver (ft. The War and Treaty) is also one of my top five songs, and I love the relatability of it. The song shows how he is conflicted and longing for peace. I think everyone relates to this feeling in their own way. Overall, This incredible album written by Zach Bryan is one to listen to!
