NBA Player Coming to Graham?

Desmond Bane, an American professional basketball player who plays for the Memphis Grizzlies, is talking about making plans to come shoot and train in our Graham facilities. He went to Texas Christian University and played collegiate basketball. After college, Bane was selected in the first round of the 2020 NBA draft as the 30th overall pick. After his first year with the Grizzlies, he was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team. Desmond Bane has been talking to our Graham boys basketball coach, Coach Hise, about possibly coming and training here. When asked about this Coach Kris Hise said, “He is looking for a house to stay in during the summer at Possom Kingdom, and is potentially going to use our gym and weight room during the summer for training.” Unfortunately, Coach Hise can’t give us anymore information on this as of right now because nothing is set in stone and of course Desmond Bane’s privacy is a huge priority. It is a massive deal that a player from the National Basketball Association (NBA) is even thinking about coming to Graham to use our facilities during the Summer. It’s official, Graham America is stepping up in the world.
