One of the great clubs offered at Graham High School is Audio-Visual Crew also known as the A/V Crew. In this club, you will learn to use camera equipment, computer screening programs, and most importantly grow bonds with others in the club as well! This club is sponsored by none other than Mr. Bozeman, who fits the position perfectly. Mr. Bozeman loves to engage with members and is constantly spreading joy making A/V crew so much fun. A typical football game day as an A/V crew member is really exciting. The first thing we do on game day is prepare all the cameras in their designated positions so they are ready by the time the game starts. A/V crew records all the activities such as the players running towards the spirit tunnel, the coin toss, cheer leaders, Blue Crew and the student section. Everything that we are recording gets casted onto the big board that everybody is constantly looking up at during the game. This makes the game a whole lot easier to see and comprehend. In my opinion, one of my favorite things about being in A/V crew is being down by the sidelines and recording the game live. It’s such a thrilling feeling being able to be down there and experience watching the game on the field while many others don’t have that privilege. All in all, A/V crew is one of the great organizations students can become a part of because you can really find a family in these amazing people and game days are our types of Friday Night Lights!
