St. Mary’s Catholic Church has a Sausage Fest every year in November. The Sausage Fest has been around for 46 years and started in 1978. This year’s Sausage Fest took place on Sunday, November 10. You might be wondering, “What is the Sausage Fest??” It is an event that St. Mary’s Catholic Church hosts to earn money. They sell sausages, corn, gravy, peach cobbler, sauerkraut, green beans and they also have a bake sale! You are able to order to go, or you can also dine in.
This year, St. Mary’s had about 800-900 estimated people who went to the Sausage Fest. There were over 100 more people compared to last year’s estimate which was 700 people. If you missed it this year, trust me, you will want to add it to your annual calendar!
